Dermal Filler Cost in Singapore: What You're Actually Paying For
Fillers are priced per syringe, but syringes are not the point — the plan is. Here is how filler pricing works in Singapore, and the questions that make quotes comparable.
Per-syringe pricing and what sits inside it
Dermal fillers in Singapore are priced per syringe. Inside that price sit the product itself (brands and lines within brands occupy different tiers), the doctor's time and expertise, and the clinic's review structure. Because most syringes are the same 1 ml volume, the per-syringe price is relatively comparable across clinics — more so than HIFU or laser quotes.
What is not comparable from the price list is how many syringes your goal needs. Restoring mid-face volume can take more product than defining a chin; softening one nasolabial line takes less than harmonising a profile. The quote that matters is for your plan, not for a syringe.
Mechanism
Product tier
Within regulator-approved brands, firmer structural lines and softer fine-tissue lines are priced differently.
Mechanism
Area complexity
Under-eyes and lips demand more finesse (and often specific products) than volumising a cheek — complexity is part of the price.
Mechanism
Volume needed
Your anatomy and goal decide syringe count. This is set at assessment, not from a menu.
Mechanism
Injector expertise
Filler carries rare but serious vascular risks; anatomical knowledge and cautious technique are what you are paying to have in the room.
Longevity and budgeting per year
Most hyaluronic-acid fillers last around 9 to 18 months, varying by product, area (mobile areas break filler down faster) and individual metabolism. A realistic budget is therefore annual: initial plan, plus an expected top-up cadence your doctor can estimate at assessment.
Staging also protects the result. Treating conservatively and reviewing at two to four weeks lets the doctor refine with precision instead of guessing at maximum volume on day one — a pattern that tends to cost less over time and age more gracefully.
How DrPlus approaches filler in Singapore
At our Tanjong Pagar and East Coast clinics, filler treatment begins with a doctor assessment of your facial proportions and goals. The doctor sets out the product choice, estimated volumes and staging — with the cost of that plan stated before anything is injected. Where filler is not the right tool (for instance, skin laxity that needs tightening rather than volume), you will be told so.

Common questions
It depends on the area, your anatomy and your goal — from a single syringe for a defined chin or lips to a staged multi-syringe plan for mid-face volume restoration. The number is set at a doctor assessment, and staging with review is the budget-honest way to reach it.
Most hyaluronic-acid fillers last around 9 to 18 months. Product choice, the area's mobility and your metabolism all influence duration — your doctor can give an area-specific estimate at consultation.
Common reasons include lower product tiers, delegated injection, or excluded reviews. Filler is a medical procedure with real (if rare) vascular risks — confirm who injects, which product is used and whether hyaluronidase is on site before comparing on price alone.
Hyaluronic-acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase — one reason HA products are the standard recommendation for most first-time patients. Dissolving is itself a medical procedure, so prevention through conservative dosing and good placement remains the better path.
DrPlus offers doctor-performed filler treatment at SBF Center in Tanjong Pagar and The Flow Mall on East Coast Road. Assessment, product plan and full cost come first; there is no obligation to proceed.
